Red tomatoes in brine

Ingredients
10 kg red tomatoes
500 g salt
10 liters of water
vine leaves
Method
Ripe, but not overripe tomatoes are washed and punctured here and there with a thin needle. Arrange suitable containers with handles up. Between the lines put grape leaves. Pressed with lattice (cross) and stone. Pour brine to cover the tomatoes 10-15 cm. Finished pickle Keep cool.
