Chicken with mushrooms and olives

Ingredients
1 (800 g) chicken
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
30 g butter
2-3 (150 g) tomatoes
3-4 field mushrooms
10-15 olives
1 cup (200 ml) white wine
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
pepper
salt
parsley
Method
Chicken cut into pieces, which are smothered in fat until browned, then removed, salting and sprinkle with pepper. In the same fat, sauté consistently tomatoes, chopped, and mushrooms, cut into rings. When the mushrooms are soft, add the red pepper, wine, olives and meat. Dish add salt and dovaryava on low heat. Before removing it from the fire sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Very tasty camp. I added a little onion and tomatoes to 1/4 green pepper. Became beautiful. Also set red instead of white wine. Ate everything:-)

just cooked this recipe and really was very nice, I added onion and 2 cloves of garlic.
