Salad turnips and carrots

Ingredients
2-3 heads (250 g) turnip
5-6 (350 g) carrots
10-15 (100 g) olives
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
vinegar

Method
Radish and carrots, washed and finely grated grater separately. Turnip add salt and allowed to stand for 20-30 minutes, then squeezed and added to the carrots. The mixture is stirred, trying to salt and pour vegetable oil and vinegar. Again stir, place in salad bowls and garnish with olives.

It is very tasty and useful, especially if it is with olive oil.

One of my favorite salads of my husband! Today the feast prepared in January!

I had not tried this salad more than 10 years. After the last time I had a amazing stomach ache. I made her on this recipe and was great and I had no complaints. Turnip stand 30 minutes with the salt, and then rinsed 2 times with cold water (just in case). Ovkusih it with lemon and olive oil and parsley added.

In the winter quite often make this salad, much like us! I add a teaspoon of honey and gives a very pleasant taste.
