BEANS SOUP

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (300 g) beans
2 heads (100 g) onion
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
mint
salt
Method
Clean and wash beans soak for several hours in cold water, then boil for about 30 minutes . Drained, pour 6 cups hot water and boil again, to which add chopped onions and fat. Broth add salt after boiled beans. Serve sprinkled with mint.

Oh, bean became perfect. Smack.

After almost boiled beans, separately fry chopped onions, tomato sauce and a little oil, sprinkle with a little flour and then pour in the beans to dosvaryat together. When off kotlonat add finely chopped fresh mint and parsley. Salt and vinegar to taste. So the beans became king.

Replace onion leeks and will get softer taste. Forgot teaspoon paprika can cut and roasted pepper, and together with the salt - peeled and chopped tomatoes.
