Dzhidzhipalo in Shumen

Ingredients
1/2 cup (100 g) flour
4 eggs
1/2 tsp (3 g) of baking soda
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) milk
1/2 tsp (3 g) salt
250 g butter
1 old white bread
1/2 cup (100 g) powdered sugar

Method
In a large bowl whisk the eggs. Add flour, salt, baking soda, milk in a thin stream and the mixture is well stirred until it becomes thick as boza (if it is too thick, it may be added and a little water). The bread is cut into regular slices with thickness of 1 cm, which were immersed in the mixture and fried until browned on both sides. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar or spread with honey.

recipe is great, but there is dzhidzhipalo, but dzhidzhipapa.

is Super! Margot is right and I know as dzhidzhipapa very young.
