Chicken in batter

Ingredients
1 (1 kg) chicken
giblets from chicken
3-4 onions
2 and 1/2 cup flour
200 g butter
60 g rice
15-20 peppercorns
1/2 bunch parsley
3 eggs
salt
Method
Well cleaned, washed chicken is filled with a mixture of chopped chicken junk, 4 tbsp butter, chopped onion, clean and washed rice, the pepper, chopped parsley, 1 boiled and cut into pieces egg, 1/2 cup water and salt to taste. Of sifted flour, 1 egg, salt and water is kneaded dough, which is rolled sheet, 0.5 cm thick. The sheet is coated with 2 tbsp butter, folded several times and rolled out again; smeared with 1 tbsp butter, folded is rolled and namzava with 1 tbsp butter. The test sheet is placed nalalnenoto chicken and cover with edges, smeared with the remaining oil and beaten egg and bake in a moderately hot oven for 1 1/2 hours.

If you do not deal with filling of chicken, screw it directly into the dough again and becomes incredibly delicious.
