The plate with zucchini

Ingredients
1 kg zucchini
2 (100 g) carrots
1/2 head (50 g) celery
2 heads (100 g) onion
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
4-5 (200 g) tomatoes
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
10-12 cloves garlic
1-2 bay leaf
1 lemon
savory
parsley
dill
salt

Method
In fat sauté the carrots, celery and onions, chopped. Add zucchini, diced, and also stew. When the vegetables are soft, add flour mixed into a little cold water, and spices. Salt the mixture and pour into pan. Top rank tomatoes, cut into slices, and here and there, put thin slices of lemon. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and dill and bake in a moderate oven. Serve cold. Instead of zucchini plates can be prepared with potatoes (1 kg) or cauliflower (1 kg).
