Lamb with rice

Ingredients
750 g lamb
1 and 1/2 cup (300 g) rice
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
50 g butter
salt
pepper
Method
The meat is cut into pieces, add salt and stew until almost fat. Pour a 4 and 1/2 cup water (in a ratio of 3: 1 against rice) and allowed to boil. Add the cleaned and washed rice and boil for 2-3 minutes. Dish add salt, if necessary, pour into a baking dish and bake in a medium high heat. Remove from the oven before the rice is taken over all the water. Cover with a cloth and paper to choke rice and serve.

Hey, that fragrant!

may be fragrant, but everyone knows that when the lamb is cooked with rice him put mint (mint)!

can also add garlic and lovage for good taste and flavor.

If cooked in muddy court becomes fantasy. I will cook it on Saturday for my guests.

I put him Tharos, I think it suits more lamb.
