1 kg carrots
1 kg of sugar
1 tsp (5 g) tartaric acid
1 liter of water

Method
Ripe carrots washed. Their sheet scraped and grated. Blanched in hot water for 5-10 minutes to remove the odor and to soften. Put them in compressed sugar syrup. Boil over high heat to thicken the syrup. A solution in hot water tartaric acid and boil for another 2-3 minutes. After cooling jam jars are closed.

I tried it and it was great. I did it years ago, but I forgot ratios. You can cook it at any time of year. I recommend it.

use citric acid instead of wine and add to smell several karamfilcheta, cinnamon stick and a few leaves geranium / or only one of those smells /. Sterilize jars five minutes.
