Fish soup in gardening

Ingredients
300 g of fish
60 g butter
1 (50 g) carrots
1/2 head (30 g) celery
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
2-3 (100 g ) magdanozovi roots
2 sprigs thyme
1 lemon
pepper
salt
Method
The cleaned and washed fish is placed in a container with 6-7 cups of cold water and boiled for 20-30 minutes, with half of the aromatic roots and some salt. Then removed, boned and cut into pieces, and strain the broth. Chop the rest of the aromatic roots finely and sauté until soft in the butter, then pour broth. Add and cut fish. The broth after boil, boiled for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped thyme and pepper. Serve with slices of lemon.

Thyme? Idea! Now put lovage and celery, but why not put and thyme. Hey now I used a packet of tea, because I have no other. I put one clove of garlic. Smells very nice. Instead I put salt seasoning for soups, these ready. They are so salty and so.

Very tasty, just not to be boned. I had not eaten fish soup with thyme!
