Rhodope banitsa

Ingredients
2 cups (400 g) rice
2 and 1/2 cup (500 g) flour
8 eggs
1 cup (200 g) feta cheese
250 g butter
1 cup (200 g) yogurt

Method
Rice is placed in boiling, lightly salted water, boiled and allowed to cool. Beat eggs and add to the grated feta cheese, yogurt and rice. Of flour, a pinch of salt and water is cooked dough banitsa you rolled 3 sheets. In a greased with butter pan put the first sheet and sprinkle with oil. On it spread half of the filling mixture. Insert the second crust, sprinkle with oil and cover with the rest of the filling. Placed third crust and pour with plenty of butter. The banitsa, after being roasted on one side, turn and on the other hand, as in the tray, add a little butter.
