3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
1 tsp (10 g) tomato paste
1 tbsp ( 10 g) flour

Method
Leeks, sliced in rings stew in fat. Add water a little fuzzy in flour, tomato paste and red pepper, and then - 5 cups cabbage juice. Boil the soup on low heat until ready.
