Horticultural salad

Ingredients
2-3 (200 g) peppers
1 (150 g) cucumber
3 (200 g) tomatoes
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
3 tbsp (30 ml) vinegar
3 heads (200 g) onion
1 cup (200 g) grated feta cheese
1/4 bunch parsley
salt

Method
Peppers are cleaned from the stems and seeds and cut into thin strips. Peel the cucumber and cut into small cubes. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Mix, add salt to taste and pour the vegetable oil and vinegar. Salad poured into a large bowl, decorate with chopped onion rings and sprinkle with grated feta cheese of chopped parsley.

I agree with Annie.

I think that is too much vinegar salad which is tomatoes. If grated 1 head fresh garlic becomes great. Every night in January prepare.

salad is great! But as said Snezana, I think vinegar is too much.

I totally agree with all of you ladies. The salad is great, only lacking the Bulgarian rakia homemade aperitif :) Welcome to sunny Bulgaria!
