Ingredients
750 g mutton
2 tbsp (40 g) pork lard
1 cup (200 ml) white wine
2 heads (100 g) onion
400 g mushrooms mushrooms
2 (200 g) tomatoes
5-6 (600 g) potatoes

Method
Cut the meat into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper, pour the wine and let stand for 15-20 minutes. During this time, the finely chopped onion stew in the oil until soft. To it were added red pepper, meat with spices and chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic and savory. Pour over 1 cup hot water, add salt to taste and leave to simmer until water evaporates. Serve warm with potato salad.
