Semolina halva - II type

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (300 g) semolina
125 g butter
1 cup (200 g) sugar
2 cup (400 ml) of water
1 cup (200 g) chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp (3 g) cinnamon
Method
Meal fry in the butter until golden color, pour with sirop, made from sugar and water and stir until it boils. After 2-3 minutes, remove from heat, cover with a clean cloth thick, tightly capped with a lid and allowed to stand for 15-20 minutes. Stir gently with a fork and again was capped until cool. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts mixed with cinnamon and serve.
