1/2 (400 g) chicken
1 link (300 g) roots soup
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
1 tbsp ( 10 g) flour
egg 1
1 cup (200 g) fresh milk
10 peppercorns
parsley
salt

Method
Chicken pour 7-8 cups salted water and boiled with peppercorns, then removed from the broth and cut into small pieces. In fat sauté chopped roots for soup and onion until stay fat. Add flour, broken in cold water and pour the broth from the chicken. In the soup after boil, put the chopped chicken. After boil for another ten minutes, remove the soup from the heat, thicken with the egg and milk and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
