Stew of pork and beans

Ingredients
850 g pork fat
1 and 1/2 cup (300 g) beans
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
3-4 (200 g) tomatoes or 1 tbsp (15 g) tomato paste
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
pepper
mint
savory
salt

Method
Beans, having cleaned and washed, pour cold water and boil in a pot on low heat. The meat is cut into medium-sized pieces and stew with chopped onion until molten fat. Add red pepper and tomatoes, chopped, a little warm water and salt to taste. When soften meat, cooked beans was added. Dish add salt further if necessary, and boil a few minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped mint and herbs and crushed black pepper and serve. Optional can be added and spicy pepper. The dish can be prepared with smoked pork bellies.

Bulgarian is the most delicious! I prepare it with sausage. Furthermore, it is tasty, if in the oven.
