Ingredients
1 kg pork chops
300 g mushrooms
3-4 cloves garlic
60 g fat
250 g cream
pepper
salt
parsley

Method
Wash and fuck steaks, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stew mushrooms in fat, add finely chopped parsley and garlic. Baked steaks in the oven. Mix the cream with a mixer, add it to mushroom mixture and the resulting sauce is poured over the steaks.
