Meat dolmas Christmas delicious meals

Ingredients
chicken steaks
beef steak
pork chops
leaves sauerkraut
processed cheese
pickles
carrots
pepper
cumin
red wine
sunflower oil
salt
Method
Chops should be small. Pip is very thin. At the bottom put cabbage leaves. On it are stacked pork chops and chicken, pre-seasoned with spices. Top cut processed cheese, pickle and carrot. All this is rolled and formed a large dolma. Thus formed dolmas to finish the product. Arrange in a baking dish, pour a little cabbage juice, wine and sunflower oil and covered with foil. Bake in the oven for about an hour and a half of 200 C. Then remove fthe oil and baked for about 20 minutes until browned.

And where red wine is used in a product necessary?
