Jar kebab

Ingredients
750 g lamb
100 g butter
3 bunches of spring onions
3-4 (250 g) red tomatoes
1 tsp (5 g) flour
1 bunch parsley
1/4 connection Savory
1/2 connection mint
3-4 peppercorns
salt

Method
Cut the meat into small pieces and place in a jar. To it was added chopped onion, parsley, savory and mint, tomatoes, chopped, fat, pepper, flour and salt to taste. All this stir and pour hot water. Then the jar was capped and buried in the embers. So dish stew to gotovnst.

can be made with any type of meat - pork, veal, beef, goat and sheep. Chives is replaced with ten chapters onion / if not done spring /. For now these pitchers are hard to find, can be done in earthenware pot and oven. Becomes deliciously dish!

Since I've never enjoyed a pitcher, was always a wonder how removable eating it.

To the list of products added mushrooms, carrots, green pepper, tomatoes instead - tomato paste instead of water - red wine. All this in a pot in the oven at 150 degrees for 3 hours. Yummy, thanks for the recipe.
