Ingredients
2-3 (850 g) fresh cucumbers
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
dill
salt
vinegar

Method
Cucumbers are washed, peeled and cut into semicircles, add salt and mix with chopped dill, rank in salad bowls and pour the vegetable oil and vinegar .

This salad ready in January with plenty of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. :)
