Ingredients
1 kg pumpkin
4 eggs
3/4 cup (150 g) flour
30 g butter
1 cup (200 g) sugar
2 cup (400 ml) milk
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Method
Pumpkin Peel and grate in large pieces grater, then added to the hot butter and stew until soft. Sprinkle with flour, stir and keep the fire a few more minutes. To cool pumpkin added sugar, cinnamon, milk and eggs. The mixture is well mixed, pour into baking dish greased with butter, and bake in the oven until browned. When serving dessert can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
