Ingredients
5-6 (1 kg) courgettes
3-4 heads (200 g) onion
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
2-3 (150 g) tomatoes
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
1 bunch dill
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
salt

Method
Finely chopped onion stew in fat until golden in color. Add alternately red pepper, tomatoes, grated zucchini, sliced, salt and ground black pepper. Pour hot water (to cover) and simmer until tender courgettes. Add flour mixed into a little cold water. Dovaryava dish and remove from fire. Sprinkle with chopped dill and serve.

often make the stew, but do not put red pepper, since there are tomatoes.
