Soup hake

Ingredients
650 g fillet of hake or beard
150 g onion
500 g red tomatoes
50 g flour
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
50 g chilies
10 cloves of garlic
50 g walnuts
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch of thyme
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar
salt
pepper
1 lemon
Method
In a saucepan put butter plant and to this was added finely chopped onion, garlic slices and part of the red tomatoes, cut into small cubes and sauté the onion until soft and thickening of red tomatoes. Add flour to pozaparzhi and diluted with fish broth or hot water. After the boil, put in broth remaining cut into large cubes tomatoes, chopped walnuts and cut into portions of fish and after 15-20 minutes boil seasoned with finely chopped parsley and thyme, salt, crushed black pepper and lemon juice. Serve cold with roasted chilli.
