Stew with fresh broad beans

Ingredients
750 g beans
6 tbsp (120 ml) vegetable oil
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
5-6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch of dill
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
1 and 1/2 cup (300 g) yogurt
pepper
salt

Method
Chop the onion finely and stew in the oil until soft. Add pre-salted broad beans, as was ground between hands (this is done at the time of putting into eating; if standing scraping, becomes hard) and stew ten minutes. Then put the flour, paprika and chopped parsley, garlic and dill. Mix and stew for another 10 minutes. Pour hot water to cover the beans and add salt and pepper to taste. Then the dish boil on low heat until ready. Serve with yogurt podlucheno with crushed garlic.

This nice yahniyka of luxury can be prepared with green plums (wild plums). Pour a broad bean when honor is cooked, 2-3 plums per serving. Their sour taste perfectly complements to that of broad bean :)

delicious meals! The only drawback - no wild plums!

This is one of my favorite *dishes grandmother* who associate with childhood memories. Really green plums are doing great work in this case :)
