Bread with yeast - II type

Ingredients
1 kg of flour
500 g yogurt
3/4 cup (150 ml) milk
1 tbsp (10 g) salt
1 tbsp (10 g) sugar
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
1 tsp (5 g) of baking soda
1 egg
20 g yeast

Method
Flour is poured into a pan, add fuzzy in lukewarm milk yeast, yogurt and soda, sugar, salt, the oil and egg white from the egg. The dough is kneaded very well and leave to rise. After the rise, the pita interfere again, put it in a greased pan with butter and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Smeared with yolk, beaten with a few drops of cold water and place in preheated oven. Bake at moderate temperature. The pita becomes soft and fluffy, if the dough is not too hard.

cake was very nice. Given that'm not much pasta, and I did not soda, it was great.

pogacha became great! I had no milk and opened the yeast in lukewarm water, and yet happened.
