Dolmas - bites

Ingredients
1 sour cabbage
1 kg minced meat (mixture)
150 g salo
1/2 cup (100 g) rice
1 tbsp (10 g) tomato paste
1 tsp (5 g) pepper
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
salt
Method
The leaves of cabbage cut into smaller parts, and solid Their part is cut into small pieces. Salo also cut into small pieces. Minced meat is kneaded with rice, black and red pepper, salt and tomato puree mixed into a little water. This stuffing shrink small dolmaschki, as each piece is placed in salo. The dolmas are placed close to each other in a pot, whose bottom is covered with minced meat cabbage. Pour water and cabbage juice in equal parts, pressed with a plate and cook on low heat hour and a half.

I love sarmi: vine leaves, leaves of salt bush with leaves and lime especially with cabbage leaves. The recipe is wonderful. I put a little savory, spicy little pepper, grated carrot.

Is it okay to put bacon if pork is very fat?
