Stewed giblets

Ingredients
300 g giblets
2 heads (100 g) onion
4 tbsp (40 g) pork lard
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
2-3 (100 g) peppers
2-3 (120 g) tomatoes
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
1/2 bunch parsley
pepper
salt

Method
Onions, finely chopped or sliced, stew in some of the fat. Onions soften, add finely chopped giblets, then flour. Separately in the remaining oil sauté peppers, grated and tomatoes. Stir in the red pepper and add to the giblets. Pour over a little warm water, season to taste with salt and pepper and leave to simmer until the fat remains. Finally sprinkle with chopped parsley.

dish is very tasty, but instead put lard oil. Try.

This recipe is very nice, tried her only added more spice :)

dish is great, only changed the weight, put in 300 g and 300 g liver hearts and peppers them and shred them finely chopped and then dopekoh dish in the oven to remain on maznina..super get and quite tasty.
