Hedgehogs Santa

Ingredients
200 g of dark chocolate
100 g butter
2 yolks
100 g sugar
1 vanilla
coconut
Method
Chocolate is broken into pieces and together with the butter is melted over low heat. When the mixture is ready, pour into a bowl and add the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla. Stir and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour. When the mixture solidifies to make small beads, which are pressed into a coconut.
