Home corn dog (Homemade corn dogs)

Ingredients
2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup yellow corn semolina
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 egg
3/4 cup whole milk
4-6 skinless sausages (sausages)
4 tbsp cornstarch
wooden skewers
fat frying

Method
Mix the dry ingredients (except corn starch), egg and milk are broken down and added to the dry mixture. The mixture was stirred until the consistency of pancake. For convenience stir narrow and high court for easier dipping sausage. The mixture was left for 10 minutes to rise. The skinless sausages Prick of kebabs and rolled in corn starch, dipped in pancake batter and fry in deep fat until golden, drain on paper. With this mixture can be as different PANIC sausages and various cheeses.

Many sausages were delicious, I had wooden studs and them parzhih I leak a bit of breading countries, certainly if they were impaled would become like the picture, next time I will try to find skewers and then you put a photo :) Thanks for the nice idea!
