Moussaka with mushrooms and vegetables

Ingredients
350 g minced meat (beef, svinka or mixture)
1.3 kg potatoes
carrots 3
1 onion
400 g frozen mushroom
pepper 1
3 tomatoes (maybe canned)
salt, red pepper, savory
sunflower oil (olive oil)
# TOPPING:
4 eggs
400 g yogurt

Method
Peeled potatoes cut into small cubes and place in pan. Carrots, onion and pepper are cut and put to stew in a deep pan with olive oil and a little water for about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms, minced meat and chopped (peeled) tomatoes into cubes. Stir well so that the mince to make of pearls, put and spices. Everything is mixed with the potatoes and stirred well. Pour a little water and bake in preheated oven at 180C degrees for about 40 minutes (if necessary make more). With milk and beaten eggs pour moussaka and bake another 10-15 minutes or until topping is ready.
