Salad * Cleopatra *

Ingredients
2-3 heads beetroot
1 apple
1 pineapple
4 carrots
2 onions
500 g corn
250 g of ham or smoked chicken
500 g cheese
oil
1 lemon
walnuts or hazelnuts
salt
Method
Beets cleaned and washed. Put it to boil for about 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool, peel and grate. Put it in a deep salad bowl. Add onion, grated apple and pineapple, cut into small cubes and grated carrots. Salad flavored with olive oil and lemon juice, then garnish with diced ham and top - with grated finely cheese grater and a handful of crushed walnuts.

I love all these products and suppose that the combination of them will also be interesting. Pineapple compote of whether or not?

pineapple must be fresh. If canned will become very sweet!
