Ingredients
100 red peppers
1 kg salt
1 l vinegar
1 kg of sugar
garlic
celery
aspirin
Method
Peppers cleaned of seeds and soaked in a solution of 10 liters of water and 1 kg salt for 12 hours. The sugar is dissolved in the vinegar (not boiled). The peppers are arranged tightly in jars upside down with chopped garlic and celery leaves. Up from marinade, add 3 aspirin jar of 1 l, capped, pay and leave so to dissolve the aspirin.
