30-day-old muffins

Ingredients
2 eggs
225 g brown sugar
500 ml milk
2 vanilla
120 ml sunflower oil
140 g pitted dates
110 g raisins
370 g flour
1/2 tsp salt
110 g of oat bran
3 level tsp baking soda
Method
With wire whisk whisk the eggs and sugar. Add milk and vanilla. Add chopped dates and raisins. In another court flour sifted with baking soda and salt. Add bran. The dry blend was added to the beaten eggs. The dough is prepared the evening. Should stand covered in the refrigerator to absorb bran. The mixture was stirred before use. Fill 3/4 of the forms of muffins. Bake at 180 C 15-20 minutes. The dough can be stored in refrigerator for 30 days. It is enough for 24 muffins.
