Ingredients
1 kg lamb
4-5 green onions links
60 g butter
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp red pepper
salt
parsley
yogurt garnish
Method
Cut lamb bites and fry in the butter. Remove the meat and the same oil fry the chopped onion. Add 1 tbsp flour, 1 tsp red pepper and lamb. Pour hot water, enough to cover the meat, add salt to taste and leave to simmer until the meat is cooked. When yahniykata is ready sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with yogurt.

I put a little rice, very tasty!

I also put rice and bake it in the oven. Put as a spice and a mix of lamb or a little mint. It really great meal!

Just so I made it - baked stew, but the meat of jar.
