All year Bolle

Ingredients
200 g seasonal fruits
1.5 l rum
about 1 kg of sugar
Method
In a large jar of 3 l lining fruits of layers, starting with the first of the year, strawberries. Ideal washed rank two rows, scatter with sugar, about 2 tbsp and cover are rum. Reseal cap. So proceed with all subsequent fruit, with large cut to pieces. The container was stored in the dark. Complete with grapes and quinces. As of November rum became liquor. The fruits are offered in a dish, used for pastries, cakes. Liqueur is very nice, it also creams, sorbets, diluted with soda, cocktails, baking . Optional attachable geranium leaves.

Keep away from children, because everything is very sweet, do not feel the alcohol. Risk of poisoning speak from personal experience:-)
