Almond Sauce

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup finely chopped almonds
1 tsp lemon juice
50 g raisins
salt
Method
In a saucepan melt the butter, add the almonds. Stew 2-3 minutes. Maha from heat and add lemon juice and raisins, add salt. Heat again and mix well. The sauce is served to veal.
