Andalusian salad

Ingredients
250 g tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 turnip
1 onion
salt
pepper
1 sprig parsley
2 sprigs of dill
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
1 tbsp (10 ml ) vinegar
2 eggs
Method
Tomatoes, cucumber, turnip and onion cut into thin slices and gently mix. Add salt, pepper, chopped parsley and dill, vinegar and vegetable oil. Optional in this salad can add thin slices of hard-boiled eggs.

Do not combine its components. Not going radish with cucumber and tomatoes, and even more with a boiled egg.
