Andalusian steaks

Ingredients
4 steaks
2 eggplants
120 g ham
3 tomatoes
5 large tomatoes
120 g steamed rice
2 onions
butter
oil
pepper
salt
Method
Slightly Crushed steaks are coated on both sides with sunflower oil and leave little to absorb the fat. Washed eggplant cut lengthwise into halves, part of the interior carving, filled with chopped ham, add a piece of butter and bake. Stew three washed and cut into pieces in the chopped tomatoes and fried onions in butter and pressed. Cut caps of large tomatoes, carving is the core with a spoon and fill with steamed rice. Steaks are put under the grill, baked on both sides, add salt is sprinkled pepper arranged in a dish, put around them roasted eggplant, stuffed tomatoes and pour the stewed tomatoes, mixed sauce, obtained by cooking steak and a little butter.
