Angel Silver pie cake

Ingredients
10-12 egg whites
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sifted white flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract

Method
Egg whites are separated from the yolks. Mix 3/4 cup sugar total quantity of flour and allowed to stand for some time. With mixer beat egg whites in large bowl until they foam by adding them in the baking powder and salt. Mix at medium speed until the baking powder is completely dissolved. Gradually add remaining sugar, put a few tablespoons at a time and egg whites are broken down each time until dissolved. When a soft foam tips, put the vanilla and almond extract, stir to dissolve as extracts. Take the mixture to the flour and sugar in small portions (about 6-8 tbsp) each time carefully, without rapid, fluid movements combined with the flour egg whites. In the form not greased with butter (usually using high court round hole inside and a movable base, but it can form simple cakes) with diameter 26 cm with a large spoon pour the dough. Smoothed with a shovel and baked in a preheated 160 C oven for 50-60 minutes. recipe I saw for the first time in a Russian Sait. Zashtoto impress me much dietary !!! Name and was *Food for angels.* Here is a copy of the written recipe and is very, very accurate. Cake melts in your mouth and easy. Just be careful how shte kill the 12 protein with a simple mixer. I reduce the dose in half for starters. 12 protein, I think it takes a robot. I put fresh blueberry jam. End of the day. Follow the recipe is explained very well!

Lilia, to me the fruit is sweet. Just put them on vanilla cream (cream Vanilla Dr. Oetker) :) I've done it with strawberry jam (gelled).

I did half the dose baking pan because I was that big. Covered with caramel pudding and slices Mandarin duck that overreaction for about 2-3 minutes with a spoon of sugar and water enough to cover them, the water then used to dissolve pudiga. The result was amazing. Over very quickly and I did not take a picture, but will there next time and then it will shoot. Thanks for the recipe. Super yummy dessert.
