Antipasto shrimp and marinated vegetables

Ingredients
500 ml ketchup
140 ml chili sauce
200 g pickles
50 g pickled onions
150 g small shrimp
200 g canned pears
1 small head cauliflower (divided into florets)
50 g green olives
2 tbsp lemon juice
150 g sliced ​​marinated mushrooms
salt and pepper
Method
Pickles, marinated onions, pears cut. Add to shrimp, pickled mushrooms, green olives and cauliflower. Season with salt and pepper and add the lemon juice. Ketchup and chili sauce pour in the mixture and stir well. The mixture is placed in jars and refrigerate. Consumed chilled.
