Appetizer Delight

Ingredients
200 g of cream or drained yogurt
6 eggs
2 tbsp cognac
6 large field mushrooms
1-2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
salt
pepper
Method
Eggs boiled, peeled and cut lengthwise into two halves. Mushrooms are cut very finely, add the cognac, cream, flour, salt and pepper to taste and cook for 7-8 minutes. Was added crushed cooked egg yolks and again stirred to give a uniform mixture. In a buttered baking dish rank egg whites, filled with egg mixture. If the remainder of the mixture, sprinkle around. Top pieces are put butter and bake until pinking. Serve with fried bread.
