Ingredients
# For the white layer:
250 g feta cheese Danube
50 g butter
3 pinches of cumin
# For the green layer:
250 g frozen spinach
5 g gelatin (1/2 packet )
1 tbsp yogurt
3 clips lovage
salt
# For the red layer:
8 roasted red peppers
3 cloves garlic
6 sprigs parsley
50 g walnuts
salt

Method
The feta cheese River and the butter put in a blender, sprinkle with cumin and ground. Apart grind seasoned with lovage and spinach salt by adding and yogurt. Roasted red peppers, garlic and parsley on the red layer mix, add salt lightly and also be ground in a blender. Gelatin was dissolved in a little water, and shall be evenly distributed in the green and the red layer. Peppers to add kernels, pre-ground in a blender with a little salt. In bowls are poured sequentially from red and green mixture. Top sprayed mixture of white layer so as to obtain the colors of the Bulgarian flag. Appetizer sprinkle with walnuts, decorate with mint leaves and put in refrigerator to harden.

changed Redswamp because I had no hand roasted peppers. I did it with curd, chutney and red pepper.
