Appetizers lung

Ingredients
500 g lung
1/3 cup sunflower oil
4 tbsp vinegar
1 onion
1 bunch fresh garlic 4-5 cloves
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
Method
Lung, soak, boiled in salted water and cut into cubes. Make a dressing of the oil, vinegar, garlic and onion and it pour chopped lung.
