Apple cake

Ingredients
600 g flour
1 cup sunflower oil
1 cup Water
20 g yeast
pinch of salt
# For the filling:
1.5 kg apples
100 g walnuts
100 g sugar
1-2 tbsp breadcrumbs
lemon peel
Method
From fuzzy yeast in the water, the oil, salt and flour mix a medium soft dough, which is divided into two parts. Apples are peeled and grated. Add the walnuts, sugar, bread crumbs and grated lemon rind. Mix everything well. Half of the dough is rolled into a sheet, which is placed in the pan, greased with sunflower oil and sprinkled with flour. Top Spread the apple filling and cover with the rest of the dough crust. Prick with a fork and bake in a moderate oven. Sprinkle with plenty of icing sugar.
