Apple donuts

Ingredients
4 sour apples
500 g flour
500 g cottage cheese
150 g sugar
3 eggs
60 g butter
rind and juice of one lemon
15 g of dry yeast
sunflower oil for frying
powder sugar for sprinkling
Method
Beat the eggs with the sugar and the butter, add a pinch of salt, rind and juice of lemon. Mix yeast with flour and with the cottage cheese is kneaded smooth dough. Leave in a warm place to rise. Apples, chopped mixed with the dough. Short as walnut pieces and fry them until brown. Fry in deep pot 3-4 donuts because doubled its volume. Still warm Oval in powdered sugar.
