Apple mousse

Ingredients
750 g apple
juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
1/2 cup rum
4 cherries
sugar
Method
Apples are peeled, cleaned and puree with lemon juice, rum and a little sugar. Distribute on glasses, garnish is grated lemon peel and a cherry.
