Ingredients
1.5 kg apples
4 tbsp lemon juice
125 g butter
150 g sugar
grated rind of 1 lemon
pinch of salt
2 vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 packet of baking powder
2 tbsp whipped cream
powdered sugar
250 g flour

Method
Peel apples, cut into small cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Fat and sugar are broken foam, add the lemon zest, salt and vanilla. One after another, add eggs and better crash. On them is sifted flour with baking powder and then added and the cream. All products are mixed in a short time and finally put the apples. A tablespoon of dough is taken and poured into a pan, covered with oiled paper. The cookies bake 30 minutes in preheated 200 ° C oven. Allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
