Apple roll
Ingredients
# For the dough:
1 cup (200 g) flour
egg 1
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp vinegar
pinch of salt
# For the filling:
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
2 slices of rusk
1 kg apples
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
powdered sugar
1 vanilla powder
Method
Involved medium soft dough which, after standing for 20 minutes, spread to the average spread on paper, sprinkle with fat, crushed biscuit, grated apples, sugar and cinnamon and rolled. The roll is placed in a baking dish and baked in a hot oven, then sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla.
