Apple strudel * Autumn festival *

Ingredients
400 g flour
125 g butter
200 ml dark beer
700 g apples
6 tbsp brown sugar
6 tbsp breadcrumbs
cinnamon
vanilla sugar or vanilla
80 g raisins
80 g walnuts
sesame
1 tbsp brown sugar for sprinkling
Method
Chopped apples mixed with sugar, raisins, the walnuts, vanilla and cinnamon. Leave aside. For the dough is necessary the butter and the beer at room temperature. Together with the flour is kneaded smooth dough. Put it in a bowl, cover with a cloth and leave for half an hour. The dough is divided in two. On floured surface roll very thin crust (to 1 mm). Sprinkle with half the bread crumbs, is distributed half filling and carefully rolled up. Sprinkle with sugar and sesame and several places with a fork. The other half of the dough is prepared in the same manner. Obtained two rolls. Bake at 160-170C until golden. Dough gets crispy. Can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Shtrudelat is served warm.
